SEMINAR 2023
A seminar for craft distillers, and a seminar by craft distillers. The CDS offers opportunities to learn and network. At CDS 2023 you will see the launch of a distribution network for craft distilled products, peer spirit reviewing, and a host of presenters (not consultants!) to help you further grow your craft as well as your business.

CDS 2023 takes place in Amsterdam, The Netherlands on Thursday 2 and Friday 3 November. Two lunches, a dinner and two network meetings are included in your ticket. The room is limited to 100 people, so book your tickets early.

Mayukh is a creative brand strategist Working on driving sustainability in the way we make and consume things. With Raincheck he brings dry gin from the wettest place on earth to the global market.

CEO ISTILL
Edwin "Odin" van Eijk will present the latest results from the iStill Lab on heads, hearts and tales in commercial spirits and how his Holy Trinity of distillation is rapidly becoming scientifically proven.
Edwin revolutionised craft distilling with the iStill NextGen equipment and the scientific approach to distilling.​

Ian Mansell will give a keynote on sustainability in the craft distilling industry.

Myriam Hendrickx will present the journey she made with the Rutte Distillery in The Netherlands, taking it from a local brand to a worldwide success by working together with "big alcohol" producer De Kuyper.
Myriam is a world-renowned master distiller, specialising in gin, jenever and liqueurs.

SIX DOGS DISTILLERY
Glenn Bryant will talk about global expansion for craft distillers.

After establishing a footprint in South Africa, Six Dogs Distillery sought to expand its base and now exports to more than 22 countries. To forward this expansion Six Dogs set up an office in The Netherlands.

HEAD OF SALES WHC LAB
Peter Garraway will talk about the exciting developments in yeast strain creation at WHC Lab.

WHC Lab is a biotechnology business, focused on yeast fermentation. They use the latest technologies &processes to manufacture yeast & bacteria strains that are distributed to global customers. The iStill Lab will also present their findings on different yeast strains.

CEO & CO-FOUNDER BEMAKERS
Morton will talk about BeMakers, a new platform for full-service direct beverage distribution.

Morten has a Finance & Strategy background, but coincidence and passion took him into ‘product management’, start-up, and craft beverage making. In addition to being co-founder of BeMakers, he is also co-founder of Andersen Winery
